Camp Registration Tips

As we gear up for registration of our Bright Lights 2025 summer camps to open on Saturday, March 1 at 8:00 am., we wanted to share with you a few helpful tips so you can be ready to go: 

  • We have an updated registration site. If you are a returning Bright Lights family, you can claim your account ahead of time using the email that you registered with last year. You will NOT be able to select camps until the registration opens on Saturday, March 1, this step simply lets you get your household info carried over into our new registration system. New registrants will create an account when they register. 
  • Have a list of the specific camps that your student(s) are interested in. Our camp schedule and descriptions can be found on our camps web page. You can search by the week the camp takes place, or the grade that your student is currently in. You can even use our Wish List to jot down your camp choices! 
  • Check grade levels. Bright Lights camps are offered for students who have completed Kindergarten through 8th grade. Be sure you enroll for a camp by the grade your student is in as of March 1, 2025. The registration site will only show you the camps for your students’ grade level.  
  • Register all your students at once. You will start by selecting/adding each student you want to register. Then select all the camps you want for each student. Doing this will ensure that you have a spot in the camps you have selected while you proceed to check out. 
  • An electronic form of payment. A credit card or electronic check must be used at checkout. The program fee for a week-long half-day camp is $145 and a full-day camp is $290. (Additional fees may apply to some camps.) You can either pay in full or select the installment plan.
  • Scholarships are available. If you are interested in applying for a scholarship, you may do so during the registration process. Watch for the system to ask you about applying for a scholarship and answer the corresponding questions. You will then be given a discount code that needs to be applied for each student during checkout (so make note of it!). There is a $10 fee per student to apply. Registration opens at 8:00 AM on Saturday, March 1 at BrightLights.org. To register, simply go to BrightLights.org and click on the “Register” button to get started. If you don’t see the “Register” button on the site, please check your internet connection and then refresh your web browser and/or clear your browser cache.
