International: Cooking Around the World*

Ready to make more than a peanut butter and jelly sandwich this summer? Learn basic cooking techniques and the appropriate use of kitchen tools while making a variety of recipes. We will also explore cultural similarities and differences in dining etiquette. Please note that the dishes we create may change depending on the availability of supplies and student participation at the time of camp.
This camp is part of Bright Lights International Week.
*On Monday, June 12, please arrive at Lux Middle School at 8:00 AM for an orientation meeting and to greet the Japanese students when they arrive.
