International: Anime Mania: Connecting Through Culture*

Experience how anime brings people together through the power of storytelling! In this camp, students will dive deep into the world of anime by developing their skills as critics and journalists. Through guided viewing and interactive workshops, you will learn to evaluate animation styles, rate plot development and journal your insights on various series. Discover how these stories connect us across cultures and practice expressing your unique perspective on this global art form. Please note, the anime featured in this camp will be rated TV-14 or lower.
This camp is part of Bright Lights International Week. Students will receive a free t-shirt.
*On Monday, June 15, please arrive at Lux Middle School at 8:15 AM for an orientation meeting and to greet the Japanese students when they arrive.
