Mindful Moments: Find Your Happy

Camp #218: June 2-6, PM Camp (1 PM-4 PM)

Location: Roper Elementary  

Life can be stressful. This camp will give you tips for handling that stress and developing some self-care techniques. Create a stronger connection to your body through guided movement, stretching and breathing exercises. Get in touch with your thoughts and feelings through journaling. Use art to rejuvenate your spirit with creative exercises using materials such as clay, paint and ink. Connect with like-minded friends through safe sharing circles. You will even make some “fidget” items that you can take home!
